As a Chartered Fellow and Graduate of the Management Institute and Institute of Personnel Development in the UK, she brings a unique blend of human resources proficiency and dedication to her role as the Board Chair of EAP Bermuda.

Her diverse background spans across various senior management positions within hospitality, private, and non-profit sectors, where she has effectively instigated positive change in organizations. With a composed negotiation style, Jocene has adeptly handled collective bargaining agreements, large-scale workforce restructures, merger and acquisitions, partnership developments, and employment tribunals.

Beyond her leadership at EAP Bermuda, Jocene serves as the Chair for Pathways Bermuda, the Deputy Chair for the Pension Commission, and a Board Member of Consumer Affairs, Employment and Labour Relations Tribunal, and the Bermuda Anti-Doping Sports Council.
