Meet Nina Wilson, a seasoned EAP Counselor, is a beacon of hope and empowerment for individuals seeking support and transformation. Armed with a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and a Master of Social Work Degree from Delaware State University, Nina has dedicated over two decades to serving in the field of social services.
In 1999, Nina began her impactful career at the Physical Abuse Centre, now known as the Centre Against Abuse, offering crisis support services to adult victims of domestic violence. Her commitment to making a difference led her to develop Bermuda's first "Abuse Free" program, alongside providing domestic violence training to the Bermuda Police Service.
Nina's journey of empowering change continued as she worked at Teen Services/Teen Haven, where she inspired teens and young adults to embrace their potential and cultivate self-esteem and coping skills. Her expertise in addressing a wide range of clinical diagnoses in both adults and children makes her a compassionate and reliable support system for clients facing challenges of all kinds.
As one of only two Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP) in Bermuda, Nina's dedication to ongoing professional development reflects her passion for sharing her knowledge and expertise with clients. Her warm and empathetic approach, combined with evidence-based interventions, ensures that individuals and families receive the comprehensive support they need to flourish.
